What does the hypnobirthing course involve?
The Hypnobirthing Course not only equips you with knowledge of labour and birth but uniquely gives you the tools to use Hypnobirthing techniques to create an empowered birthing experience. You will have the knowledge to understand your options and the implications of the choices you make to achieve the best outcome for you, your birth and your baby.
The course is taught by Gill Norris a KG Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Registered Nurse and Health Visitor.

When should I begin the Hypnobirthing Course?
The ideal time to start the Hypnobirthing Course is in the second trimester. Giving you plenty of time to practice the Hypnobirthing techniques.Most people start between 25-30 weeks however it’s never too late.
Can I bring someone with me?
You are welcome to bring someone to the course with you preferably whoever will be your birth partner. They will be able to take in the knowledge of hypnobirthing to support and empower you during your baby’s birth. If you would rather not bring anyone along that is perfectly fine too.
How much does the Hypnobirthing course cost?
The course is delivered in 2 ways; a group session or 1:1 tailored to your needs.Group sessions are held in small group sessions and cost £250.1:1 sessions are held in the comfort of your own home and cost £350.
What does the starting solids workshop involve?
The starting solids workshop is held over 2 hours in a relaxed, friendly small group setting at Taylored Fit Physio in Langley park, Durham.
We will cover everything you need to know about weaning from the types ie baby led weaning or traditional weaning to safe foods, foods to avoid, choking hazards and meal ideas. Food demonstrations included for both types of weaning.
You will be provided with a parents copy to take away for reference which will have all the information covered at the session along with nutritious meal ideas and recipes for your baby to try.
You are more than welcome to bring your baby along, we will have playmats and toys suitable for your little one.
The workshop is suitable if your baby is aged between 3-6 months.
Max 2 people per booking not including baby.
